Left feeling totally confident in the advice I have been given

I initially approached Jo both for the advice for myself, but also on behalf of my mother for whom I hold POA. At the end of that meeting and every subsequent one, I have left feeling totally confident in the advice I have been given.

Jo takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answering as many questions as it takes for me to understand all the information she has provided.

I am very happy with the service so far, and would definitely recommend her.
